Tropical Chia Smoothie

This tropical chia smoothie is loaded with sweet and refreshing ingredients like pineapple, mango and bananas. Plus fibre and omega 3 loaded chia seeds and walnuts which makes it an amazing healthy breakfast or snack option.

This smoothie is guaranteed to be one of your new favourites, making you feel like you’re on a tropical island.

 

You can make the smoothie as thick or thin as you like, just add less or more plant based milk. I like to make it thicker and serve it with a delicious crunchy granola.

 

 

1 frozen banana

½ cup frozen mango

½ cup frozen pineapple

¼ cup walnuts

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional)

1 cup plant milk

 

Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
